After working in vineyards and wineries throughout New Zealand and Australia, Lauren and her family have made South Australia their home. She made her first vintage with Adeladie Hills fruit in 2021 sourcing fruit from Ross at Morialta’s Vineyard in Norton Summit, who uses sustainable farming practices, including no herbicide use. Along side her own wine label she is also the head winemaker at Orbis Wines winning the 2023 Young Gun of Wine Award with Orbis.
